We invite you to join us for class in-person at Om Shala (our home studio) or via Zoom! All levels are welcome to any class. Modifications are offered according to each person’s ability.

All classes require preregistration. You may register by emailing us and letting us know which class/workshop you would like to attend. Upon receiving your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with our address for in-person classes or a link to join via Zoom.

This class moves through all the main postures focusing on correct alignment and ease of purpose to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints while strengthening and calming the nervous system. Pranayama (breathing) is incorporated into all the movements, so fantastic feelings of inner calm are felt. We emphasize practicing in a relaxed manner and feeling content during the practice. This practice ends with deep relaxation, breathing and meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.


6:30pm-7:30pm Satsang – Donation

Satsang, or “Being in the Company of Truth”. Yoga goes beyond the mat. Finding the true self is the goal of yoga. In these classes we will share ancient yogic teachings which include yoga philosophy, mantra, pranayama, and meditation to guide you to this awareness. This knowledge will help assist in accelerating one’s spiritual practice, promote calmness, reduce stress, cultivate peace from the fluctuations of the mind, and evolve techniques which can be used in daily lives. Please join us in these unique offerings to experience a better understanding. 7:30pm-8:00pm Guided Pranayama & Meditation – $10

Pranayama is the practice of breathing using breath control. Meditation is our natural state. The practice of pranayama, concentration and meditation calms the restless mind so this natural state of quietude stands revealed. Come join us and learn ancient and proven techniques for stilling and quieting the mind through these guided pranayama and meditation classes.

6:00pm-6:45pm Yogic Strength – $15

In yoga we learn strength in various forms – physically, mentally, spiritually. All key components in dealing with worldly experiences. In this class we will practice specific asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and the science and philosophy of yoga to gain practical tools and yogic techniques. Using these tools to gain strength in these 3 areas will help you to remain steady, balanced and content. Please join us and experience your true nature and sense of well-being. All levels welcome.


6:00pm-7:00pm Level 1 – $15

10:00am-10:45am Chair Yoga – $15

A beautiful practice done using a chair for both seated and standing poses. Using modifications allows students to move through postures, with a focus on correct alignment and ease. Seated poses will also be offered for anyone who would prefer to remain in the chair while others are standing. This practice can assist everyone to explore bringing more flexibility and strength to their bodies while also cultivating peace in the mind. Pranayama (breathing) is also incorporated into all the movements, so fantastic feelings of inner calm are felt.


9:00am-9:45am Yogic Strength – $15

10:00am-11:00am Gentle – $15

A slow moving posture sequence, which will gently flow through one’s muscles, bones and joints. Your body and mind will be trained to work with and through any discomforts or injuries in a natural healing manner. You will feel very calm, relaxed and meditative as you progress through the session. This class is especially beneficial for those returning from illness or injury, seniors, prenatal, and those just wishing to enjoy moving slowly.
