All classes require preregistration. You may register by emailing us and letting us know which class/workshop you would like to attend. Upon receiving your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with our address for in-person classes or a link to join via Zoom.

Walking is a wonderful and safe form of exercise. If you enjoy this on a regular basis it’s important to factor in many variations for safety, longevity, efficiency and comfort. We will use this workshop to take a look at posture, alignment, movement, and breathing. Yogic stretch and strength poses will be shared for optimum health. Most importantly controlling your thoughts with mindful meditation techniques. We will meet in a park (to be announced) for these classes (weather permitting). Everyone is welcome.


Restorative is a gentle, relaxing practice ideal for recovery from injury or illness, stress reduction, to compliment an active practice, or to simply renew the mind, body and spirit. In this transforming practice you will learn how to slow down and work deeply within yourself to bring you back to your natural state of being calm and content. We will pair this beautiful practice with healing vibratory sounds from crystal bowls played as you restore. When the body is relaxed through pranayama (breathing techniques), comfortable asanas (poses) using props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) it’s more receptive to letting go of stress, anxiety, worry, fear and much more. Bathed in sound adds to the blissful state and helps promote a healthy well-being. All levels welcome. Due to the benefits of the sound vibration this class will only be offered in person (no Zoom).

We will use simple breathing and concentration tools to assist you in restoring and letting go in the asanas. This class can assist you in learning how to regain your power to maintain vitality and good health, which are so extremely important. A restorative class will enhance your current yoga practice or any physical disciplines you currently do. All levels welcome.


A healthy way to promote exercise, relaxation and focus. Classes are taught with breathing, meditation and asanas (poses) appropriate for children to strengthen their mind, body and spirit. Children are welcome to move, laugh, and enjoy the benefits of these monthly yoga classes. 1 adult may attend to help encourage children to attend these unique practices.



REFUND POLICY – CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/THERAPY SESSIONS: No refunds will be issued for classes, workshops or therapy sessions. If cancellation notice is submitted by email to noworriesjustbreathe@gmail.com at least 24-hours before the class, workshop or therapy session is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full credit to use in the future. Credits will expire 6 months after they are issued. In the unlikely event that a class, workshop or therapy session is cancelled by No Worries Just Breathe (Fit Diva Wellness, Inc.), you will receive a full refund.
